HOBSON COLLECTIBLES — SECURE DISPATCH & SHIPPING POLICY
Every asset acquired from Hobson Collectibles undergoes rigorous inspection and vault-grade packaging protocols before leaving our facility. Because we protect high-value, limited-edition items, our shipping framework is engineered to guarantee the structural integrity of your delivery.
1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMELINES (VAULT OUTFLOW)

Standard In-Stock Items: Orders are processed, securely packed, and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and regional holidays).

High-Drop Volumes: During major product drops or exclusive allocation releases, processing windows may extend to 5 business days due to the high volume of specialized packaging required to protect mint-condition inventory.

Once your shipment passes final transit inspection, a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking architecture will be automatically transmitted to your profile.
2. TRANSIT LOGISTICS & COURIERS
We partner exclusively with premium logistics networks (including DHL, FedEx, and national postal priority services) to ensure secure, end-to-end tracking.

Domestic Allocations (India): Estimated transit takes 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

International Allocations (Global): Estimated transit takes 7 to 21 business days, depending heavily on the destination country, local courier handoffs, and customs clearance protocols.
3. PRE-ORDER DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Pre-order items secure hyper-limited manufacturing slots and are bound by different fulfillment timelines:

Estimated shipping windows for pre-order items are displayed clearly on the specific product page at the time of purchase.

These dates are estimates provided by manufacturing distributors and are subject to logistical adjustments.

If an order contains both an in-stock asset and a pre-order asset, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives in our vaults, unless separate shipping is purchased at checkout.
4. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For collectors acquiring assets from outside of India:

All shipments are dispatched Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Any import duties, clearance fees, taxes, or brokerage charges levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Hobson Collectibles does not calculate, collect, or accept liability for these regional fees. If a shipment is rejected at customs due to unpaid duties, the package will be abandoned by the carrier, and no refunds or store credits can be issued under our final-sale framework.
5. SECURE TRANSIT INSURANCE & DAMAGE CLAIMS
Because our inventory is speculative and limited, we insure our dispatches against catastrophic courier loss or destruction.

Lost Transits: If your tracking payload shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive business days, contact us immediately so we can initiate an official tracer with the logistics provider.

Damaged Arrivals: As detailed in our Terms of Acquisition, if your asset is physically crushed or broken by the courier during transit, you must report the compromise to support@hobsoncollectibles.com within 48 hours of recorded delivery with high-resolution photographic evidence of the damaged shipping box and the item.
6. UNINITIALIZED OR WRONG ADDRESSES
Buyers must ensure that all shipping vectors, contact numbers, and postal data are inputted flawlessly at checkout. Because our system locks and transmits order data instantly to our fulfillment queue:

We cannot intercept, reroute, or modify shipping addresses once a transaction is finalized.

If an item is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the user, the buyer will be billed for the secondary dispatch cost before the asset can leave our vaults a second time.
