HOBSON COLLECTIBLES — TERMS OF ACQUISITION & RETURN POLICY

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the hyper-limited availability, fast-moving allocations, and high secondary-market value of premium collectibles, Hobson Collectibles enforces a strict All Sales Are Final policy. Once an order is placed, confirmed, and processed by our system, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or returned under any circumstances.

2. VAULT INTEGRITY & PROVENANCE GUARANTEE To preserve absolute mint condition and strict authentication for our global community, we do not accept inventory back into our distribution facilities once it has left our custody. This zero-exception policy guarantees that every asset you acquire from Hobson Collectibles is 100% genuine, factory-sealed, and has never been handled, unboxed, or circulated by another consumer.

3. TRANSIT & COURIER DAMAGE CLAIMS While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or structural box variations, we protect your investments during transit. If your parcel is severely compromised or broken by the shipping courier during delivery, you must initiate a transit review under the following rules:

  • A formal report must be dispatched to our Communications HQ within 48 hours of recorded delivery.

  • You must email support@hobsoncollectibles.com with your Order Number and clear, high-resolution photographic evidence showcasing both the damaged outer shipping box and the affected item inside.

  • Verified courier claims will be resolved through our corporate insurance framework via item replacement or structural store credit at our sole discretion. Reports submitted after the 48-hour window cannot be validated.

4. PRE-ORDER ALLOCATIONS Pre-orders secure highly coveted, low-run manufacturing slots. Because allocations are locked in directly with distributors immediately upon transaction processing, pre-orders are bound by the same final-sale guidelines and cannot be canceled or refunded.
